Stefani Maré

Stefani graduated from Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she earned a Bachelor of Science (Medical Sciences) with Honours from Dalhousie University.

Stefani believes that empowering her patients to take an active role in rehabilitation will promote their participation in the recovery process. She is committed to providing patient-centered care with an emphasis on education, manual therapy, and individualized exercise programs to help her clients achieve their goals.

Stefani is interested in continuing her post-graduate education with additional courses in advanced manual therapy, dry needling, and concussion management.

Stefani is an avid runner and grew up playing competitive hockey. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active by taking spin classes, going for runs, and enjoying the outdoors.
