Lindsey graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2020. Prior to completing her Masters, she earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University in 2017.
Lindsey has gained experience with clients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries, as well as neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions in the acute care, rehab, and private practice settings. She has adapted a variety of treatment techniques utilizing a combination of manual therapy, patient education, and an evidence-based active approach to help return individuals to their everyday activities. Lindsey is passionate about client-centered care and will focus on assisting you to work towards achieving your individual goals.
Lindsey’s history as an athlete and her health-related experiences as a student athletic trainer and coach, teaching exercise classes to individuals with chronic illnesses led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Lindsey grew up playing a variety of sports and learned the importance of managing physical demands and sport-specific rehabilitation to ensure optimal movement performance.
Lindsey is excited to continue her post-graduate education in areas including pelvic health and vestibular rehabilitation, as well as concussion management.
When she is not treating patients, Lindsey enjoys hiking, road cycling, playing team sports, circuit training, cooking, and travelling!
